Dismantling, transport and relocation of 126 machines to a new site, as well as positioning and levelling them in their designated location, as specified by the customer. We were contracted to move and transport 126 machine units out of a hall, relocate them into a hall at the customer’s new site, then to level and position them in place. The timing of the relocation was coordinated with the customer, as the customer’s former leased premises continued production throughout the relocation.

Assembly line relocation: We moved an assembly line from one of our customer’s production halls to another. As a prerequisite for the installation, we determined the air and electrical energy requirements for the installation, as well as the electrical cable and air duct cross-sections, based on the layout and machine parameters previously received from the customer. During the project, we installed two rasters, covering an area of 600-700m2, which took 10 days.

Completely relocate special purpose machines, machining centres, and cantilever slewing cranes: One of our regular customers asked us to completely relocate special purpose machines, machining centres, and cantilever slewing cranes in their production hall. This included dismantling the previous supply systems (electrical, air and water), installing new ones and the connecting the relocated machines to the supplies. We relocated a total of 16 machines and 10 slewing cranes.

Dismantling machines and installing them at a new location: One of our customers, which manufactures tanks and pipelines in Siófok, purchased seven machines in Nagykanizsa, and contracted us to dismantle them and install them in a new location. The seven machines were: a SKJ20 carousel lathe, a Heckert milling machine, an SKIQ12 carousel lathe, a Mazak Nexus 5-axis milling machine, a Niles Simmons N30 CNC, a Harrison I800XS lathe and a DFS 2 universal lathe.

Cooling chamber system disassembly: During the maintenance period while the ice-cream factory was shut down during winter, we dismantled a complete cooling chamber system by opening the roof slab and lifting out the equipment through the roof of the hall. Our mechanical and electrical specialists professionally disassembled and removed the refrigeration equipment and the associated production lines from their installation site, prepared them for transport, and put them in the yard.

Dismantling a service crane: We lifted two bridges, which each weighed 18 tonnes and measured 24 m long and 14 m high. We used our 60-tonne truck crane to do this and then we rolled them out. The bridge sections had been out of service for a long time, so moving them to the lifting location took some time. To release the cranes and lower them to the ground, we had to remove the fixing shafts from the four trolleys on the track.

Installing a Magnum production line: Over a period of six months, we installed a new Magnum production line as part of a greenfield project at the premises of our customer, which operates in the food industry. We started by unloading and moving the machines to where they would be installed. We then installed and commissioned the equipment based on the manufacturer’s documentation, either working closely with their service team or independently, depending on the circumstances.

Installation of an SMT9 production line: Our customer asked us to relocate a complete production line, sourced from abroad, into a clean room. In the customer’s production hall, there was very little space to move the production line, and the width and height of the airlocks did not allow us to use a truck crane or our special electric Pick & Carry machines.

Installing an induction heater: We lifted the induction heater and its accessories from the transport vehicle and moved it into place using an overhead crane, roller skids and our forklift truck. We positioned the induction heater, levelled the machine body, assembled it and connected it to an existing press machine. We installed the complete electrical network, extended the existing electrical cabinet and connected the induction heater.

Lifting and positioning HVAC equipment: We lifted one dry cooler and two cooling towers onto the roof, as well as two liquid coolers, two compressors and a 12 m3 tank into the building. This required tight coordination of our lifting technology and machine installation teams. Confident in our expertise, our customer entrusted us to fully plan and manage the project.
